Rwanda is one of the countries that has greatly advanced in technology. The Government has set up impressive ICT infrastructure which to me is underutilized.

I would like to appeal to banks operating in Rwanda to adopt online banking. As a client, I should be able to pay my phone, water and electricity bills or even tuition using the internet.

Businesses should take advantage of the available ICT infrastructure to promote on line transactions. After all, this will reduce the cash transactions which are not only risky, but expensive, since they require printing of bills (notes).
