I’m a resident in the lower Nyarutarama area, and recently I woke up in the morning and found some of my furniture stolen.

The thieves broke into the house, by breaking the burglar proof. I reported the case to police. Three days later, the same thing happened to a neighbor.

They broke into the house the same way, and what’s interesting, the thieves are taking flat Television screens. And, I was told, that it has happened to other people too.

As a paper that is widely read, I would like to appeal to residents in that area to discuss this issue during the community gathering Umuganda and come up with solutions. I am sure collectively, a solution can be found and the culprits caught.
