LONDON- President Paul Kagame is on a working visit to London where he delivered a keynote address at The Times CEO Africa Summit.

Chief executives, political leaders and companies operating in the continent are among high profile guests at the event.

The summit is aimed at reframing the debate around Africa; moving beyond the usual subjects such as aid and development to focus on economic growth and the continent's entrepreneurial future.

Discussions are expected to revolve around Africa as a place that is progressively positioning itself for investment, presenting the continent’s current political and economic performance resulting from a decade of sustained growth across Africa, despite the global recession.

Rwanda told a story of a nation that has overcome its tragic history to embrace trade and investment as the means to a secure and stable future. By embarking on deliberate revolutionary reforms, the country is now among the fastest growing economies in Africa and international top reformer, according to the World Bank’s Doing Business Report.

President Kagame will also be a guest on the BBC's interactive live radio show "Africa Have Your Say" on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Rwandan time.
