Profiles of the Silverbacks

The team set off yesterday. Below are more on the Silverbacks.

Eric Mbarushimana
Hooker

Mbarushimana is fast and a great tackler. These are attributes that will come in handy when in Hong Kong.
For someone who was once teased by team mates for his obvious fear of more experienced opposition, he seems to have permanently cast away that aspect. He seems to be having some knee trouble but he will have to ignore personal pain for national gain.

Jean Leonard Twizeyimana
Lock

Twizeyimana a.k.a Bebe, once again made it to the Hong Kong bound team. This comes as no surprise as he is undoubtedly the best line-out jumper the country has.
He is also gifted with pace and power. He will be crucial in the rucks too. He however needs to remember to stay involved in open play as he tends to switch off and wait for scrum activity in order to shine.

Aime Ndahirwa,
Winger/Centre

Ndahirwa at first sight looks like he could never even harm a fly! But his opponents know otherwise. He is a fast runner and will not be shy to make a hit.

He also relishes tackling opportunities. He however needs to communicate more when on pitch. His silence tends to make a ball carrier forget he is there to support.
