Another weekend is here!  There are always great events going on around Kigali. And for this particular one, entertainment is in full bloom, so don’t sit at home and miss out. Here are a few suggestions to help you enjoy your weekend.

Africa United screening

Petit Stade – Today, Africa United will be screened for the first time to the public at Petit Stade’s outdoor, during Cinema Tour Mutzig.

"We are very much looking forward to this great and important event when Bralirwa and Hillywood combine and get the chance to take entertainment with a huge 25 feet inflatable screen to the communities living in the hills of Rwanda and in Kigali,” Pierre Kayitana, the director of Rwanda Cinema Centre and Rwanda Film Festival Event said.

The dramatic feature film is about a group of Rwandan children, who walk more than 3000 miles to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup, using only a wall chart to guide them.
The free concert starts from 5 p.m to 10 p.m. Bralirwa will be selling Mutzig at a promotional price and snacks such as, popcorns, peanuts, and other Bralirwa products will also be on sale.

Kayitana, producer of ‘Return Ticket’ film added: "The tour will be conducted across the country until late October, with every Friday, and Saturday and Sunday dedicated to movies.”

This Saturday, the event will be held at Maison des Jeunes, while Kimisagara residents will have their turn on Sunday at the Market.
