Mugabe Assiel back with new album

ASSIEL Mugabe is one of Rwanda’s finest gospel vocalists, an achievement he partly attributes to his family’s strong Christian background. He began singing at an early age in a Sunday school choir. In 2004, Mugabe released his debut album ‘Ntihinduka’, which introduced him to fame. He has various singles to his name.

ASSIEL Mugabe is one of Rwanda’s finest gospel vocalists, an achievement he partly attributes to his family’s strong Christian background.

He began singing at an early age in a Sunday school choir.
In 2004, Mugabe released his debut album ‘Ntihinduka’, which introduced him to fame. He has various singles to his name.

The 31-year-old is currently working on his second album to be released in April. 

Mugabe holds a bachelors degree in Soils and Environmental Management from the National University of Rwanda (NUR).
The singer- songwriter was born in 1980 in the Western Province in a family of eight children.

Together with his wife, Charlotte Nyirabugingo, Mugabe is dedicated to spreading the gospel through music.
