Men are obsessed with cars

Wash it, wax it, clean it, and always make sure it’s well serviced. This is the closeness between man and his car and it’s downright crazy. He will call his car sexy, sleek, yet he hardly compliments his woman at any occasion!

When you chose an alpha male for a husband, his undivided attention and love for cars was existent, you only thought he would change. Men’s craze for cars is wretched; many are more concerned about their cars than the woman of their life! A penniless man would fantasize about a sleek car on TV, and not his spouse!
Male-care for cars has raised questions in families. Here are a few quick facts about cars vs. woman:Men pamper their cars. On routine, he will take his car for servicing, washing, repainting etc. however, it’s next to impossible for a woman to get such a treat from her man. Men say, women are human beings and can take care of themselves; cars are gadgets that need all the attention.

Hell, men call cars obedient. I hear cars don’t disappoint but women do! This explains why some will drive with tilted heads raised high, yet they aren’t short that they need a clear view of the road ahead; feeling proud they admire yet another faithful car.

Talk about class and ego. Men usually think cars define that! Perhaps this is why some men will never ride with their wives; the cool ride needs a stylish girl, to boost the owner’s ego and class!

Are you keeping track of all these flimsy excuses when he wants to watch car rallies or read car magazines?  Get used to the fact that men bond over various things; and cars and sports top the list. Cars are a selfish man’s passion and life, no matter how important his spouse is.

It is overwhelming that men call their obsession for cars normal. They think women equally have some fascination as well.

"Instead of policing your man, go buy some make-up and shoes, after all a woman would dump her husband for a make-up kit,” says Claude Gisa, 28 who is involved in a serious relationship.

It is also true that when men concentrate on their cars, they cannot let go of all the investment injected in their little car project.

"I’ll be honest. For a while, I’d probably care about my car more, but that’s because I’ve put so much time, effort, sweat, blood and money into it. Leave alone women who now work and need almost nothing from men,” states a 27-year-old male, on the Plenty of Fish, online dating site.

In general romance and love are not high on a young man’s priority list, gadgets are more important. This sad reality is what real women should look at and decide on their priorities. To be valued less than a car or to revisit their priorities in a relationship: it is simply rubbish, crap, nonsense to keep arguing with your man because he expects you to compete with his car for attention.
