Kindly allow me to express my thanks to Tigo, the country’s 3rd Telecom operator for bringing to us options in the telecom market.

The rate at which the network has expanded and the subscriber base grown tells you much about Tigo’s dedication.

However, allow me to express my frustration regarding the network stability. Tigo has good rates but what is more disappointing is the way calls drop due to network failure and of late, the voice quality has declined.

I therefore  request Tigo to address this anomaly. It is frustrating for calls to keep dropping after a minute or so, in the middle of, sometimes very important calls and also equally disappointing when you cannot hear the person on the other end.

I believe this can be addressed as soon as possible.
