Rwandan envoy presents credentials in Estonia

The Rwandan Ambassador to the Netherlands, Immaculée Uwanyiligira, recently, presented her credential to the President of the Republic of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, in Tallinn, the Estonian capital.  The ceremony, held at the presidential palace, included a ten-minute outdoor segment of national anthems played by the presidential band and an inspection of the guards

The Rwandan Ambassador to the Netherlands, Immaculée Uwanyiligira, recently, presented her credential to the President of the Republic of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, in Tallinn, the Estonian capital. 

The ceremony, held at the presidential palace, included a ten-minute outdoor segment of national anthems played by the presidential band and an inspection of the guards

While in Estonia, Uwanyiligira held introductory meetings with officials from the Foreign Affairs Ministry, parliamentarians, as well as several investors.

The following week, the Ambassador attended various ceremonies to mark Estonia’s 93rd Independence.

Fondly known as e-Estonia, the country has distinguished itself as an e-economy, with leading-edge technologies and innovations, particularly in public service delivery.

From its base in The Hague, the Embassy of Rwanda in the Netherlands covers five other countries; Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia.
