This letter is in reference to your article entitled "Ndayisaba elected Kigali City Mayor” which appeared yesterday’s issue of The NewTimes.

Please allow me to congratulate the former Governor of the Southern Province, Fidele Ndayisaba on his new appointment and wish him success in steering the Kigali City Council to greater economic prosperity.

Ndayisaba, as a former Governor has huge experience and has performed well. All of us in Kigali expect a lot from him. We are ready to work with him.
