Prince Musamaza is a professional trainer in physical fitness at Sports Centre in Nyarutarama. The 22 year old says he is in the type of work he loved since childhood.

Below he shares some more about his typical day of work;
I wake up at 6a.m; take a bath before I go out for jogging. The exercise takes me about 2 hours. I then have breakfast and head for work.

By 9, I am already at the place of work, to start training the first batch for those interested in doing it in the morning. My work is to guide or instruct people with different demands on physical fitness.

As others fight to cut weight, some clients concentrate on building specific muscles.I normally do it for as long as my clients need my help. By 12, I have lunch; relax as I also engage in physical exercises.

The second phase of trainees comes after lunch. I am kept busy until 9p.m when I leave work. After work, I never go home before meeting my colleagues.

We are always together for at least an hour and by 10:30, I am at home.When I get home, I read some books especially about my profession as a way of widening and building on my knowledge. I have supper at 11 and go to bed.
