Jeanne Uwimana is the acting News Editor at Radio 10. She is the beautiful voice that airs the Kinyarwanda news at 8a.m and other related programmes.

Below she shares with you her weekend goes;My weekend starts on Friday at around 6p.m. I head to Ndoli Super market for shopping. I buy bread, juice and milk powder among other things to use throughout the weekend.

I spend the evening listening to music or watching movies as I take a cup of coffee. On Friday, I go to bed early since I spend the whole day very busy.

On Saturday, I wake up at around 8a.m; do some domestic work as I also prepare breakfast. After
breakfast I rest for about an hour.

I then prepare a simple meal for lunch. Over the weekend I mostly enjoy eggs, rice, bread or chips and juice.

After lunch, it’s time to go out and have fun. I like swimming and there’s no other place than Lemigo hotel which I find has a nice swimming pool with a cool and interesting atmosphere.

The evening finds me at Pasadena in Gikondo. I love the place because of the live music they always play.

At this place there are quite many things I enjoy including interaction with different people and watching people danceOn Sunday, I may decide to get out of Kigali, to Nyamata. I love this place because on the live music in places of entertainment

I however make sure I am back before 6. I get home and plan for the next day. By 8p.m, I am done with supper and get to bed at 9. That makes my weekend perfect.
