New Times HR Manager elected Kayonza Mayor
KAYONZA - The New Times Human Resource Manager, John Mugabo, was yesterday elected Kayonza Mayor. Mugabo garnered an overwhelming 206 of the 266 votes cast“My manifesto was good; I appreciate the votes I got and the people who voted for me,” Mugabo said.

KAYONZA - The New Times Human Resource Manager, John Mugabo, was yesterday elected Kayonza Mayor.
Mugabo garnered an overwhelming 206 of the 266 votes cast
"My manifesto was good; I appreciate the votes I got and the people who voted for me,” Mugabo said.
He added that basing on the resources and opportunities available, he would chart a plan to develop the district.
Mugabo joined the New Times Publications in June 2006.
