I am happy to hear that our government is in talks with Turkey to secure the evacuation of Rwandan citizens in Libya as soon as possible. The situation in Libya is now out of control.

My young brother lives in Libya and all his contacts are off since the unrest started last week. I know our government is always committed to help and I believe all our brothers and sisters will be evacuated before they are harmed.
