I am used to waking up at 6:00a.m. I switch on the radio to listen to both local and international news. At around 6:30, I start planning for breakfast. By 7, I leave home. It takes me about 15 minutes to reach my work place.
At 8, I attend a meeting and it is in this meeting, that I am assigned what to cover. The assignment may either be within Kigali or even beyond.
My work involves moving with journalists to cover various events. The number of events I cover on a particular day depends on the day’s schedule. Lunch time is never definite as most times it gets me in the field. However, if time allows I have it at 1p.m.
The official time to leave work is 6, and from there, I meet friends at any joint of our choice. I get home at around 9, refresh, watch TV and have supper.
I take at least 30 minutes listening to music and by 10:30, I am in bed
