Who is coordinating efforts to help rain victims?
Editor, I read in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, that victims of the heavy rains in Rubavu district are appealing for help. Are there any coordinated efforts to support the victims who lost their property? Some of us are ready to help but we do not know where to go.

I read in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, that victims of the heavy rains in Rubavu district are appealing for help. Are there any coordinated efforts to support the victims who lost their property? Some of us are ready to help but we do not know where to go.
Since The New Times is widely read, I will look out for any communication to this regard.
