The Chief of Defence Staff of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland General Sir David Richards is expected in Rwanda for a two-day visit (Feb 15- 16).

The Chief of Defence Staff of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland General Sir David Richards is expected in Rwanda for a two-day visit (Feb 15- 16).
Today afternoon, he will meet with the Minister of Defence, Gen James Kabarebe, and the Chief of Defence Staff ,Lt Gen Charles Kayonga.
Gen Sir David Richards will also visit Gisozi Genocide Memorial Site.
