This letter is in reference to an article published in The Sunday Times of February, 13, showing the new circumcision method known as PrePex, a new device and methodology for rapid adult male circumcision.

According to officials from the Ministry of Health, this new circumcision approach is painless, bloodless and simple. This is indeed good news to men.

The existing circumcision method is a bit painful and requires men to ask for a break from work, before they undergo the operation.

Therefore, with the discovery of PrePex, I believe many people who have been apprehensive about circumcision will obviously participate massively.

Many studies have proven that circumcised men are 60% less likely to get HIV infection.
