Players Abroad: Rubanguka shines in Moldova as Kagere gets debut

It was a fair weekend for Rwandan players abroad as the likes of Steve Rubanguka, Sven Kalisa, Joel Mugisha and Rafael York excelled for their clubs whereas experienced striker Meddie Kagere also had playing time at his new club.

Moldova
Central defender Steve Rubanguka was a pillar in the heart of defence for 90 minutes as his side Zimbru Chisnau drew 2-2 against Petrocub
Sweden
In the Swedish second tier league, midfielder Rafael York was introduced in the 56th minute as Eskilstuna defeated Utsikten by three goals to one.
Elsewhere Yannick Mukunzi was not in the Sandvikens IF team which lost 2-1 to Gefle as he is recovering from knee injury.
Luxembourg
Central midfielder Sven Kalisa played full throttle for Etzella Ettelbruck who maintained their unbeaten run with an away goalless draw against Fola.
Belgium
In the Belgian challenge league, defensive midfielder Djihad Bizimana once again failed to make the KMSK Deinze squad in their 3-2 win over Genk U-23.
Central midfielder Samuel Gueulette was also not in the Raal La Louviere team which beat Lyra-Lierse 2-1 in the third tier league
Norway
Joel Mugisha made way for Gilbert Koomson in the 89th minute as Bodo Glimt drew 2-2 with Ham Kam
Elsewhere in the division 2, goalkeeper Clement Twizere Buhake was between the posts for Strommen IF who went away to beat Flekkeroy 3-2.

In the premier league 2, Noam Emeran was not involved as Manchester United drew 2-2 with Everton
George Lewis Ishimwe was not in the match day squad as Arsenal walloped Chelsea 4-1 in the London derby.
