APR FC Chairman Gen Mubarak Muganga hopes justice will be served to supporters injured during a bus attack that took place in Huye on Sunday.
Muganga was reacting to a recent incident that saw six APR supporters injured after unidentified persons threw stones at a RITCO bus that was carrying APR FC fans as they were heading back to Kigali after their team lost 1-0 to archrivals Rayon Sports during Sunday’s derby held at Huye Stadium.

Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) has so far confirmed that they have in custody six suspects in connection with the attack and Muganga hopes justice will be served so whoever was involved pays the price.
"The management of APR FC first apologizes to our supporters who were attacked after the match in Huye. We hope that the injured ones are recovering and we promise that they will get justice,” Muganga said via the club website.
This is the second time that APR supporters have been attacked so far this season. The last time was in December last year when they were attacked after the military side was held to a 1-1 draw with Etincelles at Umuganda Stadium.
