RWANDA’s assistant referee Felicien Kabanda is one of 32 officials expected to officiate at this month’s Africa Nations Championship (CHAN).

The tournament kicks off tomorrow in Khartoum, Sudan.
Kabanda was outstanding at the just ended Caf Africa U-17 Championship which was hosted in Rwanda and won by Burkina Faso.

The 16-nation competition gets underway with a Group A contest between hosts Sudan and Gabon.
