After a day’s hard work when you think you are finally going to grab a taxi or a bus and be home in a shortest possible time, another humiliating experience a waits you.
As Rwandan citizens, we have worked hard on structuring a comfortable and disciplined culture; many foreigners envy our cities and towns, for cleanliness, safety and security, but of late, a situation has come up, making me and other public transport users feel degraded!
Queuing for hours waiting for the next mini-bus makes us feel like we are second grade citizen back in the days when automobiles were first imported in Africa. We are requesting the concerned people like Attraco to find away of fixing this problem.
