I have been following news about the Directorate General of immigration and Emigration regarding foreigners who are acquiring Rwandan citizenship.  This is a policy which indicates that our government is doing well in the region.

I have also managed to talk to some people who have acquired Rwandan citizenship and they are very excited about becoming Rwandans. They say the Rwandan government has managed to ensure peace and security for all and has created a good business environment.

As Rwandans, we are expected to live with our new compatriots in peace and help them whenever they need our assistance.
