I read a story in your newspaper last week about the National Electoral Commission sensitising people living with disabilities (PLWD) about the forthcoming elections.

People with disabilities should also be sensitised about other government programmes like HIV prevention. They also need to be mobilosed to adhere to other government programmes. It would be good if they are empowered to become self reliant.
