Remember the artiste who once made waves with the hit song ‘Urihezuru Yabyose’ in 2008?

Well, that is none other than Pascal Bangamwabo. now he is back with a new album ‘Ni umwungeri wanjye.’
Bangamwabo’s forth album rebrands his music style, and make his music as appealing as possible to a cross section of listeners.

"On this album I was trying to create a completely new different sound that is a concoction of different vibes. The idea was to come up with something new,” said the 38-year-old.

It is this stellar line-up enhanced by Bangamwabo’s vocal prowess that makes the 10-track album a refreshing project to have hit the market.

Another major plus about ‘Ni umwungeri wanjye’ is that the artiste sings in different genres AfroBlues, Saul, Jazz and Reggae, which makes the album a mixed bag for everyone.

Who wouldn’t fall in love with this album, in which Bangamwabo showers great vocals of praises and worship!
Christians will definitely like it from the word go, although some people might want to differ over whether Bangamwabo is indeed the best Gospel artiste in the country, given his experience.

His song ‘Abantu nikoturi’, speaks volumes about the existence of God, and captures how Jesus Christ came to redeem mankind.

Other tracks include ‘Hahirwa’ and ‘Mbere hahozeho Jyambo.”
Born on June 12, 1972 in the Southern Province, Bangamwabo says music runs in the blood. He started singing in 1989 from Ntikibaho church choir (formerly Urumuri).

"I became a member of the church choir, although I never dreamt that one day I would record as a professional musician,” he said.

Bangamwabo is the owner of Sound Line records.
