ADOLPHE Kalisa the ninth overall best student in the country has attributed his success to his parents who have done all they can to keep him in a good primary school - Kigali Parents School in Gasabo District, Kigali City.

"I thank my parents for doing whatever they could to pay my school fees,” he said.

Kalisa added that God helped him pass with flying colours because he always prayed that he passes well.
The fourteen-year old whose best subjects are Mathematics and Science wants to be an Engineer in future.

Speaking to The New Times, the father, Emmanuel Kalisa, said that his son has always been a promising pupil because he takes his studies seriously.

"He is hard working and he likes and takes his studies seriously. We knew that he could make it,” said an excited Kalisa who works in the transportation industry.
