I was delighted to read how popular The New Times is, specially the e-version. Every morning after reading The Times of India, I do make it a point to log on to www.newtimes.co.rw and get updated with what is happening in the New Rwanda.

The various sections are very well presented and it is always a great pleasure to browse your website.
