How can I detect fake money?
Editor, The Police last week, arrested people accused of counterfeit, the latest in a number of such cases. The fake currency notes recovered from the suspects, show that they have sophisticated soft wear to make notes of various denominations. Counterfeiting seems to be common. But my question to the relevant authorities, is how can one detect fake money?

But my question to the relevant authorities, is how can one detect fake money?
The National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) should sensitise people on the characteristics of fake money, against genuine currency so as to protect them from being fleeced.
