Mfutila delays Rayon talks

CONGOLESE born tactician Andy Mfutila has delayed talks with six-time league champions Rayon Sport after postponing his Kigali trip. The Blues Secretary General Olivier Gakwaya told Times Sport yesterday that the former APR tactician had pushed his arrival to sometime this week. “He delayed his trip because he wants to bring with him a player he thinks would strengthen the side,” the official said. After nine games in the Primus National Football League (PNFL), Rayon find themselves 11 points adrift of defending champions and league leaders APR but Gakwaya is convinced that Mfutila has the pedigree and experience to help them bridge that gap. While at APR, Mfutila won a treble (league title, MTN Peace Cup and Cecafa Club Championship).
