I would like to thank Kigali City Council for the road repairs currently going on. My main concern, however, is why, are traffic lights being removed from certain junctions.

Like the Kimironko-Remera road junction at Kisementi, the traffic lights have been removed and are being replaced with a roundabout.

There are many vehicles which commute through this road and the area has normally experienced traffic jam, especially during peak hours. My fear is that the roundabout will lead to heavier traffic jam, as all the vehicles will be competing to join one moving lane.
