Pair passes Fifa fitness test

RWANDA’s refereeing pair Hudu Munyemana (pic) and Felicien Kabanda are fit to officiate at the Caf U-17 Championship after passing yesterday’s fitness test at Amahoro stadium. Of the 16 referees, only Diarra Balla from Mali missed the test citing health complications and is expected to undergo a marathon test today before receiving the green light to officiate at the two-week tournament.

RWANDA’s refereeing pair Hudu Munyemana (pic) and Felicien Kabanda are fit to officiate at the Caf U-17 Championship after passing yesterday’s fitness test at Amahoro stadium.

Of the 16 referees, only Diarra Balla from Mali missed the test citing health complications and is expected to undergo a marathon test today before receiving the green light to officiate at the two-week tournament.

Other center referees for the tournament include Martins de Carvalho Helder (Angola), El Ahrach Bouchaib (Morocco), Bennacuer Kacem (Tunisia), Alioum Neant (Cameroon), Kaoma Wellington (Zambia), Solomon Kaoma (Zambia) and Desire Doue Normandiez (Ivory Coast).
The assistant referees’ list includes Patrick Bimbyo (Gabon), Djibril Camara (Senegal), Moffat Champiti (Malawi), Jean Claude Birumushahu (Burundi), Bootun Balkrishna (Mauritius) and Mehmed Naseraldin (Libya).
