Upon arrival, the teams will be transported to Rubavu, the venue for all Group B games.
Mali and defending champions Gambia complete the group.
On paper, Gambia and 1997 losing finalists Mali, are favorites to reach the semi-finals.
Ivory Coast qualified after beating Sierra Leone 4-2 while Congo Brazzaville raised eyebrows after seeing off two-time African champions on goal aggregates (3-1).
Group B action starts on Sunday when Gambia takes on Congo Brazzaville before another clash between Mali and Ivory Coast.
The top two in each group are guaranteed a spot at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico.
