President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame, on Sunday, August 21 joined residents of Kigali City for the car-free day mass sports activity. The popular sporting activity that takes place at least twice a month, attracts citizens of all walks of life who engage in activities like jogging, cycling, skating and walking.
