APR will be looking to extend their 100% run in the Primus National Football League this afternoon when they play new boys La Jeunesse at Mumena.

After seven games, the defending champions enjoy an eight-point lead at the summit of the table and could wrap things up as early as February if they hang onto their current form.

At Nyamirambo’s regional stadium, second placed Kiyovu entertain Police, the only other side after APR that has not lost a game in the league.

Kiyovu heads into the game high on confidence following a well deserved mid-week victory over Marines. The green baggies came off 2-0 victors on Wednesday while Police could only settle for a 2-all draw against La Jeunesse.

Meanwhile, Rayon Sports hope to continue their resurgence when they play away to Mukura; a side struggling to rediscover their 2006/7 form which saw them finish fourth.

After falling to arch rivals Kiyovu (2-0) last weekend, the Blues bounced back with a 1-0 over Musanze. Victory moved them joint third with Etincelles on 12 points.

In other matches, Etincelles entertain Amagaju, Musanze play AS Kigali while Marines takes on Muhanga.
