KIGALI - The Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to France, Jacques Kabale, on Wednesday presented his Credentials to Karolos Papoulias, the President of the Hellenic Republic of Greece.

The ceremony was held at the President’s Office, in the presence of senior government officials.

During the event, the Rwandan envoy took the opportunity to convey to President Papoulias, the message of friendship and deep appreciation from President Paul Kagame.
Kabale told President Papoulias that President Kagame is willing to establish, between Rwanda and Greece, cooperation based on mutual respect and partnership that are beneficial to both countries.

President Papoulias spoke of the admiration he has for the Rwandan leadership, that has transformed the country from its tragic past to prosperity.
