On Saturday November 20, 2010, the ongoing Free Basketball Camp (2010-2011) kicked off at different Provinces across the country.

The programme is to run throughout the holidays, and the youth (both girls and boys) are thrilled about playing ball.
Several camps are located at different venues.

In Kigali the camps are located at Circle Sports Center, Kigali Institute of Education (K.I.E) and Prime Holdings. While in other parts of the country the camps are at Muhanga District, Rubavu District, Musanze District and Huye District at the National University of Rwanda.

Participants at these camps include children from the ages of seven to 18 years who are trained at different times according to their age groups.

Children ranging from the age of seven to 13 year practice from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m while 14 to 18-year-olds are trained from 10:00 a.m-12:00 p.m.
