Your issue is quite sensitive but I recommend that you sit down with your boyfriend and talk about it. One thing you can never do is, stopping people from talking about you. You should make him realize that what matters is what both of you feel for each other. Trust is vital in any relationship and if it is missing, then that relationship is bound to fail.
