The concert was well attended and by 8 pm, the Space Place, the venue of the concert was already packed to capacity.
Clad in khaki and black, the rapper ascended to the stage amid jubilations from the revelers.
The humble but talented artist, real name Nour Fassisi, claimed the stage and zipped out almost his songs, including "Umucakara w’ibihe” and "Birahambaye.”
His performance earned compliments all round and his fans could not help themselves but dance uncontrollably.
Before he belted out famous hit "Umunsi ucyeye” which covered his performance, Diplomat gave a chance to his young fans to ask for their favourite songs.
Speaking to The New Times shortly after his performance, Diplomat talked big about his fans, and thanked them for the support.
"I would like to thank my fans for making me who I’m today,” he added.
Some of the musicians, who graced the concert include, Chosen Dance Crew, King Patience and Mitch.
