Dear Editor,

We have all the reasons to thank the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) for what they have done so far and what they aspire to accomplish in the near future.

Since its establishment RDB has really put Rwanda on the map as a country that is experiencing a positive metamorphosis in development.

I must thank RDB for ensuring literacy in terms of computer knowledge. The ICT buses and the training centers have helped us a lot, the e-soko technology has also enlightened many of us about the market prices of products and we are always prepared for the changes in the market.

The fiber optic has also boosted our local and international connection and life has become easier since the introduction of this of technology.

I strongly commend them for the work they are doing in ensuring that Rwandans become literate as the country races towards achieving its Vision 2020.
