Dear Editor,

I recently attended a workshop in Gisenyi and in one of the presentations; someone mentioned having read something interesting in the Izuba newspaper. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to ask him where he had found the newspaper. I only gathered that it is a Kinyarwanda newspaper published by The New Times.  

I am writing to you therefore dear editor, to enquire more details about the newspaper and how I can get access to it. I will be glad to hear from you with further information.
