Allow me, through your newspaper, to congratulate the Rwanda cycling committee and the people of Rwanda for organizing the Tour of Rwanda. It really makes me proud to hear Rwanda on various international radio and television networks because of this big event.
The good thing is that it almost covered all parts of the country and thereby branded our beautiful country all over the world.
Bravo to the committee and especially Niyonshuti and his fellow players
