Plot: Katie and Micah are a young couple who have been together for about a year or two and have recently decided to move in together. Soon after, they begin to experience weird things happening; lights and sinks turning on and off, doors slamming. Micah sets up a video camera to find out what happens at night while they sleep. Micah wishes that Katie had told him all this BEFORE they moved in together.
Verdict: things get tense when Katie reveals that this isn’t the first time "weird things” are happening to her. And Micah wishes Katie had told him before they moved in together. Using its low-budget effects and "mockumentary” method to great result, Paranormal Activity turns a simple haunted house story into 90 minutes of intense suspense.
