Dear Editor,

A while ago, a very impressive programme to give a cup of milk to each rural child in areas that are still quite impoverished, was launched.

The program was met with a lot of praise since children in areas, like Bugesera, which have for long suffered hunger had quite several malnutrition issues.

However, since its launch, I have not heard any news about it, neither have I heard anyone else ask about how far it has gone or whether if it has managed to achieve what it was launched for.

I would like to encourage the Minister concerned to update Rwandans on such projects because, just like the one dollar campaign, we would love to know the progress and possibly contribute inwhatever way we can.
