I have just returned home from amahanga (Diaspora), and I really appreciate what The New Times is doing in informing the public.

I believe in freedom of expression, so I hope you will publish my letter because I think all Rwandans were offended by the action or luck of it of Minister James Musoni’s remark that he had read the draft of the UNDP report and not the final report.. He owes us an apology. Kabundirosie@yahoo.com
