AFTER sacking Jean Paul Munyakindi, Mukura are on the verge of bringing in Cameroonian Richard Ebgule as their new coach.

The club president, Abraham Nayandi, yesterday, revealed that the former Mutema Pembe coach was on the verge of signing a one-year renewable contract.

"We are still holding talks with him but there is a very good chance that he will come on board,” he said.

"He has vast experience and we believe he is the right person to revive the club,” Nayandi added.

The Southern Province based club ended a three-match losing streak in the Primus National Football League, on Saturday, after thrashing newly promoted La Jeunesse 4-0 in Huye. APR top the league table with 12 points while Police, Rayon Sport and Etincelles are joint-second on eight points.
