I would like to thank the management of Rwanda Revenue Authority for introducing a queue management system that has enabled us to clear taxes with ease.

Initially we would waste so much time on the long queues trying to pay but now one can easily get their ticket number and get back to work after which they can return later and pay without necessarily standing on the lines for long.

I believe this is one way through which RRA is endeavoring to provide quality services to taxpayers and I am very impressed. If Rwanda is to lead in good service delivery, then such initiatives are key in steering the nation to the top.
