Rachael K
Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, U.S.A, Rachael K is a Ugandan diva, famous for her hits, including ‘Every Time’, which had major airplay on MTVBASE and single ‘I Love the Way’ which peaked at number 5 on MTVBASE East African Top 10 countdowns in 2007.
She has performed with various international A-list artists, including Beenie Man, K-Ci and JoJo, Joe, and Brick & Lace.

Speaking to The New Times, Namakula said she was glad Tom Close was going to work with Rachel.
"Tom Close is a humble guy, very determined and focused, despite his music talent,” Namakula said.
"I’m honoured to work with Rachael K, and I believe it’s an opportunity for me to go regional,” Tom Close said.

Meanwhile, Tom Close is in preparation for the launch of his 12-track album dubbed ‘‘Mpanvu.’
According to the singer, the event is scheduled for December 4, and it will feature local, regional and international artists.
The concert will be held at Petit Stade, Remera.
On the flipside, Tom Close revealed that the title of the album might change, depending on the opinions of experts.
"We’re still negotiating about the title of the album and it might either be ‘Impamvu’, or ‘Ntibanyurwa’.”
