Speaking from the body’s head quarters in Nairobi, Musonye confirmed that the draws would be held November 3 and that Malawi and Zambia on top of Ivory Coast had been given the green light to take part in the competition as guest teams following Cameroon’s continued uncertainty.

Speaking from the body’s head quarters in Nairobi, Musonye confirmed that the draws would be held November 3 and that Malawi and Zambia on top of Ivory Coast had been given the green light to take part in the competition as guest teams following Cameroon’s continued uncertainty.
"These are all strong teams so we are definitely bracing ourselves for a great tournament,” the official predicted.
Uganda, who claimed their 11th title after beating a youthful Amavubi side in last year’s final will lead the challenge alongside Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Zanzibar, Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti and hosts Tanzania.
