Robert Masozera, the Director of Communication in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Masozera said that Ki-moon will visit Kigali Memorial Centre this morning and thereafter pay a courtesy call on President Paul Kagame.
Ki-moon is also expected to hold discussions with different senior government officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before meeting Prime Minister Bernard Makuza at his offices in Kimihurura this afternoon.
He will visit different UN funded projects this evening. He departs for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia tomorrow as part of his African tour. He is accompanied by twenty senior advisors and spokespersons.
Ki- moon is the second sitting UN Secretary General to visit Rwanda. His predecessor Kofi Annan visited Rwanda in 1998 and toured different Genocide memorial sites around the country.
