Chaos reigned  yesterday when MTN subscribers received SMS alerts that they would be charged for receiving phone calls while in certain countries. Why certain countries and not all, we do not understand.

Will there be another SMS alert explaining why that decision was made. We understand that there may be reasons for the charges but we would appreciate an explanation.
